These guys have insane prices on Shocks, has anyone bought from them. Good or bad, they look to good to be true, rancho 5000's for 38 and the 9000's for 77 bucks, plus 4th one free.

Hello BurlyQ:
Please keep me posted I need new shocks and was wondering how your purchasing experiance was with these guys. Also why did you purchase the Rancho 5000 vs 9000? I'm also looking into the bilstein 5100? Thanks for your help!

my buddy ordered some headers for his tundra from that place and he said they were terrible. the package was a week late, and when he opened it they had sent him an exhaust manifold gasket for a jeep inline 6. then he had to wait another two weeks for the headers.

My momma said if you don't have nothing nice to say, then say nothing at all. I didn't listen to her then I'm not now either, truckaddons and keystoneAuto sux period! I got the 5000 and noticed there were a couple other places that sold them for 38 too. I'm putting two front and two back on today, but I'm waiting to put the front back shocks on because I'm having someone put radius arm bushings on and they have to remove that back shock anyway, so I wont know what kind of feel I've got for a week or two...But I should know if the 4 I put on today has any ride quality change. I was suprised on how well the factory shocks held up on this bronco at 149k. My old Bronco had wrecked the factories at 70k. The people I bought it from musta been ***** footers.

There's a littany of reasons why not to buy from them and here are a few that I experienced:
Sent wrong parts
refused to accept return without charging freight and 20% restocking
Lied repeatedly about whose fault it was
Lied to better business beareau when claimed filed
Over three weeks to receive order when quoted 1-5 business days
These guys are something else, especially their customer service manager Pat. I'd love to meet that guy in person. Anyway, stay away from this company or trailblazers at all costs. I paid over 100 bucks for something i didnt even receive.

I'm going through the same stuff still to this day, did you ever get your refund? They don't know this but I TOOK PICTURES OF THE FED EX GUY picking up the items for return, lol. Not only the box but the contents, I will be contacting the BBB too. Has anyone ever done this before?
