Unbelievable! I ordered 6 Rancho's thinking I got a good deal. Wrong! Truckadons is apparently the same company as Keystone automotive & Trailblazers and I will never order anything from any of these co's. First, they sent me the wrong shocks for my Bronco, in the second box the sent me some other guys shocks, and that was even wrong. The guy's invoice showed two Rancho 9000's but in the box he had one and a skyjacker shock. I literally got hung up 5 times by their customer service and now I find myself in the position of having to deny the charge of my Visa. I big FSB warning to anyone using truckaddons.com, trailblazers or keystone automotive!!!!!!!!!!!:iiss

You're welcome bud, apparently they have many complaints..here'sa couple but I have even come across more, they are well known at the BBB and even when they get invloved they still don't fix the problem satisfactorally. Their customer service is as bad as my spelling.

Keystone automotive is a huge aftermarket parts distributor. Most of the auto parts stores order from them. Any automotive parts store that has a "Key" dealer logo on their door, window counter is direct dealer. Many small auto stores also deal with them. One of the stores I used to work for dealt with them for years. They eventually had to close their account because Keystone would just send parts that hadn't been ordered. Then they would charge us restocking fees. Eventually the situation was resolved but the store never got the same pricing they used to have. Key is a good company that has gotten bigger than they can effectively manage. I still order stuff from them through my old parts store since I get a discount and tax exempt but it's not always cheaper. I would definately not order online from them.
