I have a 351W that is running great, do i try to sell it while its still in the truck or do I take it out and try to sell it that way. Im replacing it with a 460 EFI from my f-250 and try to get some cost recovery from the 351W.. Let me know what way would be best to sell and what is a good asking price for a 351W... I was thinking about 300 bucks..

better to leave it in the truck so you can hear it run.

When I took out my good running complete 302 for the same thing (460 swap) I couldnt sell it. I left it on a pallet in my friends backyard. I hope he did something good with it.

when i did my 460 swap my 300-6 had 150k on it and I think i got $300 for the complete engine intake, exhast, manifold, engin wireing harness. (87 EFI)
i ran it in the want ads some guy just needed to get a truck running. the only proof i had that it ran was emmisions recepit that was about a year old.
