Sorry guys, i know they suck, and everyone has heard it already, but i need to vent a little. Rewind 4 months ago........I had just lifted the Bronk 4". Now i need tires right? i do the research, and decide on some Super Swamper LTB's. I do my research, and find the cheapest price. The cheapest price was with 4 Wheel Parts. They had a free frieght thing going on, and it was a pretty good deal. 2 weeks after i ordered.....no tires. I called, and they told me they were on the way. 1 more week........I call again. This time, i was told the tires never shipped, because my shipping address was different than my billing address. Well, you can't fit 35" tires in a P.O. box......i cancelled the order, because my ship was heading out for 2 months. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago. I decide to order tires again. I added my shipping address to my bank account, and wait. One week goes by.......i decide to call and make sure the same thing didn't happen again. I'm told that the tires shipped from the factory the day before, and i should see them in one week. Today is one week from then. I call because the bronk still has 2 flats, and i have no new rubber. This time I'm told that the tire are backordered, for 3 more weeks! I love the honesty and integrity of this company. I guess i learned my lesson the hard way. I'm posting this because i don't want anybody else to have the headaches I'm currently dealing with. STAY AWAY FROM 4 WHEEL PARTS!:banghead :banghead :banghead :banghead :banghead :banghead :whiteflag :whiteflag :whiteflag :whiteflag :whiteflag :whiteflag

Watch the free frieght deal. I can speak from expierence they we charge you freight charges hoping you don't check your bill. Took me forever for them to refund mine. Guy on the phone was a real ass about it and kept putting me on hold so he could answer calls and put them on hold too.

Sometimes the best deals come from your face-to-face tire store guys.

i hear you on the free frieght! but i think i'm ok this time. i had them send what they have on the shelf, ready to go. the tires are more expensive, but i get free frieght this time. so i'm getting more expensive tires, but because the shipping costs are free, and i already paid shipping from last time, that money is going towards tire upgrades. as for person to person transactions, i absolutely agree. the only problem is that i live in key west, FL. the only two places i could find what i needed (35x12.5x15) was sears, and one other shop that wanted to charge me way too much. sears was damaged by hurricane wilma, and was still in reconstruction. i hate isolation. next billet will be closer to cool stuff!

Heh, isolation. I am about 4 hours from the nearest civilization. 2 hours by 4-wheeler, 1.5 hours by vehicle, and then, you cant really call it civilization. Alaska rocks!

I have had the same problems with 4-wheel parts. And I was dealing with them in person. I went into the shop, looking for tires. They tell me that they had to order them from the warehouse. Fine, they will be here within the week. Ahhhhh, nope. 3 weeks later they tell me that they sold my tires to someone else cause they couldnt get ahold of me. Even though I was calling everyother day wondering where my tires went. And then they still charged me shipping, even though the tires were being sent to their shop, on their truck, where they were going to mount them for me!

Oh well...
