Hmm...that sounds tempting, I'm not sure how much use my mostly stock '89 with a camper on the back would be though...How challenging are the trails up there?

There are plenty of moderate trails that you could run a stock Bronco on.

I'll be driving through Moab on the 5th on my way to San Diego, but will be in a rental car (Ford Taurus, Ford Fusion) so I won't be doing any trails tougher than Fins & Things and maybe Behind the Rocks ;) .

Have FUN everyone!

I was on Hells Revenge (HR) that is rated at a 4 (I think) on Saterday and near the end of the trail out pops two guys in stock 4x4 pickups. One was a late model Ford F-250 and the other was a 1/2 ton chevy with maybe a 4" lift.

I imagine it would take some balls (for the first timer) but a stock Bronco might be OK. I remember doing HR with a 6" lift with stock bumper & winch and I got hung up on one scary spot where my front bumper cratered on a down hill fin. So I dont know how the trucks made it through that one spot.

Theres a lot of easy stuff in Moab.

that would be funny to see a truck with a camper off-roading!
