wow, what a day, i am opening the forums back up although technically i am not done but i think most everything is now cosmetic, i have barely got up from this chair since this morning

i have...

upgraded the forum software
upgraded vbadvanced (the software for the homepage)
upgraded the FSB Garage
upgraded the chat software
upgraded the prefix hack (forsale forum)
upgraded the users online hack
upgraded the chat integration hack
upgraded the "whos using chat" hack
added new "seperate stickies" hack
and a few other odds and ends
tested the trader rating hack

still to do...

get the colors and buttons back to normal
create some new buttons
test some of the less used hacks to see if they work and for possible upgrade deletion
and i'm sure some things i am not thinking of right now

please, please, please...

if you notice something not working, missing, etc, please post it in this thread and DO NOT PM me, i will be reading this thread and working out any bugs over the next few day

and last but not least....

a BIG thank you for your understanding and patience, each year as we grow and we add more options and "hacks" to the forum it takes longer to do these upgrades

Joe

oops..New posts button gives me this message Joe.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE, expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or T_NUM_STRING in /home/fullsize/public_html/forum/search.php(3113) : eval()'d code on line 65

I already made a thread on this.. but that was before you posted this.

I like the new colors. Kind of like repainting the house for a change of seanary (sp?)

Time stamps are off by an hour.

Edit- the time stamp for my own post is correct but for others, it shows an hour fast.

Only thing I found is its not letting me change my sig. even though I've cut out stuff....it says its too big? and its actually smaller than when I started.

not a huge deal to me....just whenever you get time.

thanks for the effort you are putting into this.

The posts all seem to be like 80% width when before they were probably 98% width. Not sure if its intentional, just wanted to point it out.

I noticed that the time stamp for the "Last Post" in the "Threads in Forum" list is correct (Pacific time), but when I open the thread and look at the time stamp for that same post, they don't match up; it's in eastern time.

For example, right now, it's 4:40; Ghostrider's first post in this thread (http://www.fullsizebronco.com/forum/showthread.php?p=995130#post995130) is stamped with 7:30, and the "Threads in Forum" page shows David's post at 4:35 while the post itself is stamped 7:35.

Hey Joe;
I'm still running into the issue with "new posts" where it won't return any more than 200 posts, regardless of how long I've been away from the 'puter.
It was doing this before the update as well, so not anew issue--just wondering if it can get fixed?

Other forums I'm on that use vBulletin (TDIClub, HybridZ) don't have the issue, so I don't know if it's an extra hack or something?

I was wondering if you could install this hack.

http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=108208

It would be pretty usefull around here. Instead of bookmarking threads this would be an easier way of keeping tabs on threads we personally go back to often. It would be nice to have in case you wanted to reference a certain usefull thread to someone without having to search.

So it's like a bookmark file for the individual users CP? That would be useful; there's a couple of my other forums I'd like to see that on..

i'll check, thats for a different version of the forum and the last post in that thread indicates it might be a problem installing on 3.6 but i'll see
