OK, who's in for the Moab trip.. Talked to Dave tonight and he's out due to work, so who's with me.. Ive been scheming and planning for this trip for over a year now, and damn it, im going.. Planning to be there on Oct 1 and wheel for a few days and head home.. Admin - i posted this in the other sections as well to let the midwest, northeast, etc guys know as well.. I will be out there on 10/6ish for the weekend.

Don't know what I will be running, some guys from RME will be there and some of my friends in stockish rigs from Abq. (I used to live in Abq and now am in Salt Lake)

I was planning on leaving on the 1st, because thats what Dave had planned.. My folks will be here till the 9th to watch the kiddo, so if I need to move it a few days one way or the other it wouldnt be a big deal.. Did you know who else was planning on going??

Looks like the plans have changed a bit for us then.. Looks like maybe we'll be leaving here on Wed or Thurs and coming back on Sun..

I will be driving down on thursday 10/5. I will be camping on the north side of town where ever I can find a spot to park the truck. my g/f has to work thurs so we will be leaving SL when I pick her up at 5. that puts us on the north side of moab about 8 or 9. on fri 10/6 I am probably going to hook up with my friends from Abq. they are setting up camp about an hour south of moab. they want to do a senic run in Lavender Canyon, I think I will get them to do fins and things and maybe moab rim or the new easy clifhanger. like i said mostly stockish vehicles. I may join up with the guys from RME on one of those days and hit something harder, golden spike or pritchett maybe.

I will let you know as it gets closer.

That sounds like a plan.. There is always SOMETHING to play around on even on easy trails.. If you dont mind us hangin out w/ your group, we'd like to tag along.. I am going to go ahead and make reservations at Canyonlands campground.. You guys want to camp w/ us?? Ill just get a group site and we'll call it good.. Gimme a call tonight..

Reservations are made at Canyonlands for the nights of 5, 6, and 7.. Weve got plenty of room if anyone else wants to set up w/ us..
