Didn't someone have a scouting trip planned fro Tellico the weekend of November 7 and 8? I had intended to to attend. Still need to know if that is on though.

I wanted to go so bad. :cry I even quit my job (what kept me from coming) on Saturday b/c I was tired of being dicked around by my managers. So next one I am deffintly in :thumbup

motor will be back from the machine shop on thursday or friday hopefully running sat. Got a great deal for everything $800.00 bones :thumbup

I haven't brought that up to the wife yet. It may take me a week to convince her :deal I'll know more by the end of the week . The good news is when the bronco is running again it has a full tank of gas to go play with.(The gas that wasn't used at mudtoberfest)

I hate to be pluggin Tellico all the time, but if we aren't going up 8 and 9 I have heard there is a group going up the weekend before Thanksgiving (not sure the exact date). They will be doing some hard stuff, if I bring my truck I will go on the moderate stuff. Anyways, just a thought.

how about the weekend before thanksgiving, that way it doenst interfer with peoples holiday plans. or the weekend of thanksgiving. i have to work a 1/2 day friday, but i'll still show up.

I'll be on my honeymoon that week..I think?? John, as far as doing some trail rides and some camping, Ocala is the best place to do that for us and the closest. I'd be up for doing something like that in December. Things should have quieted down by then.

Oh I know there will be plenty of rides, and will be a lot easier for me to get away for them also, since there won't be anymore "wedding" stuff going on. We're going on an Eastern Carribean cruise. I'm pretty stoked since I've never been on one.

Back on the ride Subject, any National Forest or Management Area with campsites would be ideal, remember it is hunting season now so don't wander off of the trail to far.

Yeah, that's true Mike..I've camped down in Ocala during hunting season and its a little scary unless you're at a regular camp site. John, we're leaving out of Port Canaveral, so it might be a little tough for you to buzz the ship from way up here. Thanks for the thought though.:thumbup
