Hello All. Recently found the site(thanks google) looking for Bronco parts. Just purchased my second Bronco(thanks ebay). 83 Bronco XLT 302. Hey it has Power window:} It appears to have lived its life as a beater. But now it has a good home and is on its way to reconstruction. Anyhoo, it is a Yellow with a green tint? I think there was a beer invovled in the paint job. Has some custom vent holes in the floor board:} and a flapping quarter panel. The carpet is rotted. Whos idea was it to put carpet in a 4X4? Must have been a city guy. Anyways, purchased it for 900.oo and got a ways to go. Good side is after I took the sand tires off and replaced the ujoints that were falling out. I drove it home(60 miles) at which time I found out there were no rear brakes, Oil leaks like a stuck pig, Lockouts are junk, rear window not wired up. But you know all in all, I have tools and a little know how so I guess it will be a work in progress. Bright side is my wife loved the first one(10 years ago) so she likes this already. She even cleaned it out as soon as we got home:}.
About me, I am 43 Male. Living in Southern Indiana. Have a great wife and 3 kids(14,16,19) they are arguing who is getting the Bronco. All agreed the yellow-green paint goes away and Olive drab is the color of choice.
