SigEpBlue 11-30-2006, 02:19 PM At long last, most of the country is now figuring out what it's like to live in Michigan. :D
Here's hoping everybody who gets snow also has a working TC shift motor. :beer

Thats sleet on top of freezing rain. Tonight it MIGHT change to snow....but I got my studded winter shoes on...:thumbup :chili:...'cause we're gonna wind up with a lot of ice.
willjones4 11-30-2006, 03:43 PM we wont get any accumulation here in Northern Louisiana as the high all last week was almost 80 but we are supposed to see some sleet this evening. Crazy ass weather. I think its supposed to stay chilly for a while after this front.
85f150 11-30-2006, 03:47 PM No snow in the UP yet what's going on around here?
The LP is suppose to get more the further south ya go. More of the southwestern areas that are affected by lake effect are suppose to get 12+.
But i highly doubt it as the ground needs to freeze fast as it has been way to warm, and most of that snow will melt instantly.
Hummph! So much for global warming.......
sewiv 11-30-2006, 05:53 PM But on the good side, I finally got my 6 inches with more expected in the future. :thumbup

his grand jeep broke a rear axle. he need to be pulled out of the street. so after he signed the waver:thumbup . i handed him the tow strap to hook up. i should have check.
so hear we go.....lots of noise. dummy hook up to his front stableizer and steering shock. after destory his front end along with his front bumper. he hooks it up to his rear hitch:thumbup. more fun is about to happen. so im pulling him into a parking lot. he over correted his turn(dummy turn off his engine also, had to idea) right into the stair case of a church. he also had his door open:histerica . toor his door off:histerica and went over some rocks destroyed the stair case and more of his jeep.
btw a police officer watch this all happen. and he said since i was not the one who hooked up and drove his jeep i was not respondable for anything:chili: also had waver:chili:
have pic of staircase sorry i wish i had vid.
Saurian 12-01-2006, 02:20 PM Dumbass...
All the old people here were freakin out about snow. Then..it all misses us. I was looking forward to a good foot of snow too!
Bronco4Life 12-01-2006, 02:37 PM Good thing the interstates from here to texas are clear... I'd be pissed if I had to drive to texas in a foot of snow.
BurnedB 12-02-2006, 03:35 PM spent 8 hours friday morning/afternoon towing and recovering cars, snow plow trucks, lawn tractors ,and stuck semi's here in chicagoland
by the afternoon i was tired, cold, and wet, and had been sick of driving both trucks in bumper to bumper traffic all day.
did manage to do a little plowing when i was towing a GMC 6500 plow truck backwards down I57 and the hydraulic piston on the plow leaked down and the blade started to drag the ground while going backwards.
85f150 12-02-2006, 04:02 PM yea i see on the weather channel they are saying I-80 and others were shutdown over there till shit could be plowed. Looked like a mess
