The service sucks, I ordered 2 KC daylighters over 2 weeks ago, they still haven't shipped, i contacted them many times and everytime i talked to them they kept pushing the order back. So yesterday i talked to a sales rep with customer service who said they would be here tommorow, still haven't shipped. So today i just talked to the manager and he is an asshole. He had the nerve to tell me what i said and what the sales rep said yesterday, he was actually yelling at me over the phone. :argue I brought up the quality control thing they say before the call, he said that they had no recordings at all. I bought from them because they were cheaper for the same product as elsewhere, it was a mistake I won't make again. Overall they have good prices but the service absolutely SUCKS :enforce :duel

ok so I just got the UPS tracking number, the store told me it would be here today at the latest, UPS says the 26'th. Screw autobarn and their lying employee assholes

there are a number of auto barn stores where i live. mail order is always a risky business. sorry to hear about your troubles. send the president a letter. sometimes i do that and they actually go to great lengths to make you happy (free goods, etc).

I had great service with them. I ordered 2 bottles of Lube Gard on 2-11-07 and I got them 2-16-07. Thats fast service if you ask me, and I'm in Oklahoma! I ordered from their website.
