wouldn't be bad if I could swing a 4 day so I could Waste the better part of a day driving up and back.

might have to do it tho. gotta check to see how much of my local crap burned up this month.

If I had the address of those 'enviro-nazis' Id wheel on their
front lawns, and spray the sod all over their front porches too.
I appreciate what they stand for but not how they go about it!!

so in other words:cry me a river

Aren't there some wheeling areas up in Frazier park past Gorman? Off the exit where the Flying J is?

yeah. about the only thing I know about that way (worth doing)is the Lockwood creek trail.

Exit I-5 at Lebec (Flying J) head toward Fraiser Park. Take the Lockwood turnoff. past the ranger station a ways is a turnoff (marked the last time). starts off as a graded road but turns to a short hill climb/rock outcropping fun trip. will take you all the way to hungry valley SRVA/Alamo Mtn campground. easy day trip.

couple deadend side trips available also (locker required &/or High clearence)
