Since no one has posted here in a while....I'll tell a quick one.

My buddy Alex and I were driving down a powerline trail at about 11 at night. It was pitch black but we were bored so we went on down the trail.

We get out, lock the hubs, stick our heads out the windows, and I hammer it and take off.

We bomb through the first few mud holes just fine. Alex is actually suprised to see how well the little harbody is doing.

I pull up to the last mudhole before the trail breaks back off onto the road.

We get out, anylize it, and come to the conclusion that there is no way in hell that I will ever make it.

We get back in and I'm backing up to turn around. The back end goes up....and WAY down, then the front does the same.

On the powerlines we get some HUGE!!! truck out there, (like Oscar's) that can really leave some ruts. Well my Nissan has planted itself right into them. We were out there for 2 hours with nothing some hockey sticks trying to dig the truck out.

We finally walked down to a farmers house who offered to bring his big ass tractor down and rip us out.

He pulled my truck out and we were on our way.

This picture doesn't do it justice because it doesnt show ALL the mud....it rained that night.

The interior had about as much mud on it then the outside of the truck.

My Nissan had a 2.4L I4 with a 5-speed. It was the same on gas as my Bronco!! And it couldn't get out of its own way.

It has manual hubs....they do the job.

I will admit though, it was a blast to drive.
