Well, I got my new bumper on my F-250, and it looks sharp. Little cars and wusSuv's beware. It's a Ranch Hand rear bumper, the LAST one they made for the '88 body style trucks. Lemme tell you, it's a hoss. THey guy at Trick Trucks (http://www.tricktrucksusa.com) in Enid, OK, told me I'd need two people and a floor jack to get it installed. It was $461.00, and I had it on the night I got it. By myself, with one floor jack, two cinder blocks, and two pairs of Vise-Grips. Here's the bumper installed:

The second thing I got that night, was by inadvertent necessity. In the course of removing the above mentioned bumper, I snapped the heads off of two bolts (pure fat-ass grunt power). The remainder of the two bolts were seized to the frame, and it was cold enough out that they weren't coming loose without a flame wrench. Off to Atwoods I went, to get a propane torch. Well, when I got there, no propane was to be found. "Shit" said I. I then spotted the oxy-cetylene torch kits, and I picked one that was around $140. I debated getting the whole setup, because I really didn't want to spend that much money, even though I had it. I just didn't want to let my money go. Turned out that it wasn't a cheap deal, but it was well worth the money in the long run. With the torch kit, oxygen with cylinder, and acetylene with cylinder, I was out $473. But I have something I'll use for the rest of my life. The torch kit is made by Hobart, and the gas is from Thoroughbred. The torch itself is very nice, and very sensitive, which it what I like. It came with everything in the picture, minus the two bumpers and the tools.

I would recommend either of these items to anyone.
