yes , as described. the tires has minimal tread and i think they are 16x10
i will have to double check. my rockbottom price is $450.00 on the lift.
the wheels and tires , i really dont want to go any lower than $200.00 but if someone will buy everything i will knock off $50.00 more dollars and thats it.
