Driver's Ed and Bronco

The other day me and a friend of mine were making a parts run in the bronco when we rolled up to a stop light next to a drivers ed car. I noticed the kid (the little asshole was waering a sweater vest and tie), he pointed at the bronco, said something to the instructor and laughed. The window on the car was down and I remembered how my catalytic converter was going and it was blowing out black, smelly water. My exhaust tip is at window level, so I pulled up so my pipe was next to the car. I slammed the truck into neutral and revvved the piss out of it. The truck blew out the watery crap all over the kid. I took off as the light changed!!!!:histerica :beer

haha,

A question though, why the hell is your truck spitting black water?

haha,

Because one of the byproducts of the converter is water.

My question (not to hijack) is why does mine without cats still drip water?

Condensation in the pipe and that MTBE fuel additive.

A good beat down by a kid in a sweater vest is a major short cut on the road to raod to humility!

Jeez, and you didn't have a video camera with ya to record it? :twak

Okay, the sweater vest makes him a fayg by automatic disqualification from the heterosexual community. If the instructor was laughing at something he said, the instructor is a fayg by extension. Hence, this shit is funny, any way you look at it. :D

I'll get condensation if my truck is idling, otherwise I don't blow water. You must have something funky there...

No cat's on mine, though, just duals through glasspacks and out tips.

I don't have a muffler, its just straight pipe off the cats. The truck only does it once in a while especially when its cold out. Once the truck warms up its cool.

Because one of the byproducts of the converter is water.

My question (not to hijack) is why does mine without cats still drip water?

Because the cats do not make the water, the engine does. Water is a byproduct of combustion, and it is made in large quantities in every combustion engine. It usually is in vapor form, but when the surface of the exhaust pipe is cool enough, water will condense inside the exhaust system.

The reason you notice more condensation on a catalyst car is due to the fact that the catalyst robs heat energy from the exhaust while the engine is cold and due to the fact that the small passages in a catalyst dampen the pulses of the exhaust, giving it a more uniform velocity over time.

Somebody has probably said it before... but I couldn't hear them over that damn diesel engine!

funny story one time I got really trashed in Tenn. and was hung over all morning so my sister drove home. Every stoplight she got to she would roll that PSD right up next to someone's open window. One guy was trying to talk on his cell phone and she rolled right up next to him, so he pulled up. Just like a woman she inched forward until she was right back nect to him without even relizing it. She did it like 3 times before the light changed so the guy flicked her off. She started asking me what the hell he was flicking her off for and again, like a woman, sat there as the the car in front of us took off. The guy was in the turn lane and when I pointed down the road and she noticed and jammed down on the go petal, inadvertantly filling the guys car with smoke. I started laughing my ass off until my head hurt again and she had NO CLUE what she had just done. That shit was funny...

You've really got to get past what other people think about you! Be content with yourself because no matter who you are, what you drive, or what you wear (like a sweater vestand tie, for example), some insecure dickhead is going to make fun of it.

[EDIT: Story removed by myself... it reached the target audience, also a little more personal info than I want on the interweb]

Moral of the story was supposed to be don't loose your head in traffic, but I guess the new moral is if your gonna road rage, better think on your feet when the man shows up on your doorstep.

For real though it's not worth it, when you get out the truck to confront someone you never know the mental condition of that person. That guy could be coked up with a .32 in his boot feelin 10 feet tall and bulletproof.

I did that once in my old suburban. It had true duals, with Magnaflow mufflers. It sounded great, but it was a POS, burned oil like crazy, had hardly any compression... and it threw alot of shit out of the exhaust, like nasty water and whatnot.

Anyway, I was at the gas station and when I got done pumping, I went inside, and their was this rich lookin' bitch there, she kept giving me these dirty looks and shit... So I went out, got back in the truck and started it. She went to walk past my truck and I just revved it up like crazy...

She had a very light tan party dress on, like she was goin somewhere special, and after I did that, She had on a light tan Party dress spotted with oily black spots. She was ****in' pissed. She flipped out.

She ran to her car, where as far as I could tell, her boyfriend and her attempted to chase me, but they turned off eventually.

there's a big problem where I live with people riding their bicycles on the road, even in the middle lane on a three laner. if I'm in my convertible (02 camaro SS), I'll be in the lane next to them, and about 50 ft before I get to them, I'll punch it hard, then slam on my brakes and scream "oh shit, look out!!!!!" I've already stopped before I get to them so there's no real danger of hitting them, but it's funny to watch them fall on the ground in fear!!!! one guy threw a water bottle and hit my car. went to jail for that one though cause I stopped and whooped this guys ass, and good too. people should know instinctively not to throw anything at a nice sports car.

You stopped the car, went back, and "whooped this guys ass, and good" huh? ...and he's the one that went to jail?

:bs That's assault on your part - both with the car, even if you didn't touch them; and with your "whooping". If you were still around to press charges against the guy (...uh, for what? :scratchhe ), and you had just done what you say you did, you'd have been the one in the back of that squad car, not him.

Go back to your bridge.

judging the context, shouldagotablazer went to jail ialous. have someone with an education help you with your literary skills. start small, don't get frustrated and don't be afraid to ask for help with the big words. it'll be ok. funny story though, be nice to convertibles p54519, if you really have a bronco, you have a convertible too. I do the same thing with bicyclists in my Z28. always puts a grin on my face if I had a bad day. Ironic, isn't it? Someone who comments about literary skills doesn't understand basic punctuation and the use of capital letters.

It must be spring already; they're coming out from under their bridges, looking to feed.
