fordfuelinjection.com is now a dedicated technically library. I no longer have time to answer all the random technical questions that are not related to the products I sell.

My business is now at

RJM Injection Tech
Lansing, MI
517-455-7352
http://rjminjectiontech.com/

That’s right I can now accept telephone orders.

BUT I will not be available to answer the phone every hour of every day. I still work solo, build most of my own products, fill orders alone, and ship orders alone.

I should be busy filling the orders from the 3 day weekend
But I'll be at the phone if there aren't many internet sales over the weekend.

Hey Ryan, I didn't see any 200a 3G's on there, or the 200a rectifiers for doing it myself. Any info on this?

The rectifiers are there, you didn't look at the bottom: http://rjminjectiontech.com/?p=7

My cost for the 200A alternators went up, so I took them off the site for now.

Nice! I am sure you already know this, but website and email are the way to go for orders and customer issues. You can EASILY get bogged down on the phone. Keep your site up with good technical info you can refer customers to and do like you have been, refer ppl there for ordering as well. I have a good friend who is a 1 man show with a product driven business and he does 98% of his stuff over the net.... he avoids the phone at all costs because one call can take up a good portion of your day that could be used to build or fill orders.....

Mostly just wanted to say congrats and I wish you continued success!

Ryan,

my 3g is dead, they wont say if its the voltage reg or alt. I just assume rebuild the thing.

do you have all the parts i need to rebuild it as a 200 A alt or are you still selling the 200 amp alts?

I found a 200A alternator on EBay.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NEW-Ford-Truck-Explorer-200-AMP-Alternator-7750_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33573QQihZ003QQite mZ130124141701 If you can match the price (188) I would rather buy from you.

Ryan, i had to take apart my edis connector because a wire was broken. the terminal inside has proven difficult to locate local. on your site you are showing round terminals inside were mine are flat/square similar to the Injector BP IAB MAF MAP TFI - $0.35 you have listed. ive even tried ford and they gave me a terminal thats the right side but has a 90* bend in it so it wont fit inside the connector. my bronco is down currently till i get this resolved. could sure use your help. thank you

Ryan, please tell me if i have read and understood everything correctly. In order to upgrade my exsisting 90 amp 3G on my 96 to a 160 amp all i need it the new alternator and the new charge cable? Does having a 160 amp alternator on a stock bronco, besides the extra visor running lights and occasional use of 6" Driving lights, pose any problem such as "to much" charge? I know with my application 160 amp might not be neccisary but if it doesnt hurt im replacing the alternator anyways so i figured i go bigger. Also is 160 amp okay if i still have a normal battery or will i need to upgrade that to like a yellow top orbital or something?

I've called and emailed several times...anyone know what's up with RJM? I understand he's a one-man operation and response time can be slow but I've been trying to reach him since late November. I'd really like to purchase a complete 'kit' harness from RJM but I can't get through to anyone. No one answers the phone and no one replies to emails.

The web site is one of the most bad-ass resources available online (or anywhere for that matter). I'd really like to get this stuff. Ryan, if you read this shoot me an email or give me a call...I'm ready to order! If anyone else knows a better way for me to contact him I'd appreciate it!
