I have been researching lift kits for the last couple weeks trying to decide what combo would work best for me etc etc..... In doing my research, I had tried to contact via email, many vendors who carry lift kits. When that wasnt working, I then tried calling a few. Each of them seemed to be pissed that I was even calling, and none of them could really even answer my questions (like, what is in this kit or that kit) and some just plain refused "I dont have that information, call the manufacturer". One told me he was busy and could only answer a couple questions.... then couldnt and when I said, "well, I guess thats all the questions I have then" the dude hung up and didnt say goodbye, or thanks or F.U. or anything....

Yesterday I emailed Chris at 4wheelcustoms.com and this morning when I opened my email, he had responded with answers to all of my questions. When I asked a couple more, he had responded within 20 minutes. I ended up purchasing my entire lift kit (over a grand) from Chris based on the fact he was willling to put together a lift that suited my needs AND that the customer service was excellent. I will be a returning customer.

My experiences with Chris were much the same...I aint rich, but Hell, price dont matter when you get service like that guy gives.....Uncle Visa and I will continue to buy from him, and I will tell everybody that will listen.......:thumbup

Not only was it an awesome deal, but the shipping was WAY faster than expected. I placed my order on a Monday morning. The tires were here on Wednesday!

Chris is a good guy. Even if it costs a few dollars more, Ill try to go with him just for the outstanding customer service. I cant even count the number of times ive emailed/pmed him a question and a price quote, but in the end not get it yet. However he will still continue answering the questions. And the times I did order things. Quick, easy to deal with, and stuff gets here amazingly fast.

every time i ask a price from him he is always cheaper. he answered all my questions when i bought some things, and even asked me what i was using my truck for and talked me out of something i didnt need. great guy, i'll always buy from him.
