We sincerely appologize for all the trouble.
The server had been intermittent today. It has some corrupt hard disk error. We are going to resolve this by replacing the primary hard drive. We'll be doing this very soon. Have to get a word from the datacenter.

If you want to move providers Joe, that is your call .. no problems...we can't expect a 100% reliability rating from anybody as a host

I was wondering what happened. I had problems all day yesterday with the internet in general. I never did get on here until about 4:00 p.m. or so. I even deleted all the temp internet files and cookies, unplugged my cable modem and plugged it back in, and restarted my 'puter. Oh well, it's working now, that's all that matters. :thumbup

1. Downtime due to Service issue's is a regular occurance for MOST sites. The majority of us know and accept this.
2. The fact that you want to shop around to improve the service for all is very encouraging.
3. Just keeping us posted as to the why's, when's & who's goes a long way in keeping everyone satisfied, regardless of what occurs.

We replaced hardisk and every thing works fine but we are still getting some errors in apache service.so we stopped apache service and working on that at the moment.
Other services are working fine. Apache should be up asap.

no it was actually down most of the day on and off, you shouldnt be having any problems now, my host said it was a harddisk failure, i am going to give them one more chance, if i have another downtime like yesterday i am switching hosts, even though it will cost a little more we would be getting a better server speed, more memory and a guaranteed uptime, so we'll see, I may switch anyway

What are you doing there is no excuse for this. absolute laziness am telling you your slipping joe. J/K. just being a pain. no probs not you fault it was done for what a day maybe two that i noticed. i can go 2 days without a home.
