No, sorry, he's not a traitor, as he did nothing to undermine this country at war, but he is a money-grubbing thief, and he should be lucky he's not a citizen of an Islamic country, stealing pages from the al-Quran, as he'd get his hands chopped off or beheaded, the greedy sonofabitch. I don't know how stealing documents from the Civil war makes you a traitor. It's not like he sold secrets that compromise to security of the nation today. Yeah he's a greedy asshole with no conscience but that's about it.

I remember this news story. They say he's an intern, but IIRC the news pic shows he ain't no little kid, so don't be thinking by "intern" this was some dumb little kid making his way through college. He's like in his 30's-40's and has a master's degree already. Must be one of those losers that wracks up college degrees for credibility and does nothing with them.
