Jon0807 02-28-2003, 02:13 AM ok ok...let me clear things up. My REAL name is Jonathan. But in junior high and highschool "Jonathan" didn't really fit me so I got people to start calling me JON. BUT my closest friends shortened it to just "J"...."J DOG"...."J BIRD"....ect. Then I jumped on the computer and started chatting. Since "J" was just too boring and the others where already taken, I decided to go with "JAY" and the 0807 had to do with my last name and my paging code (back when pagers where the "in" thing). Hence JAY0807. Then I started meeting these people in person and it kinda felt weird that people where calling me "JAY" but I couldn't get rid of it so the online community knew me as "JAY". And me being unimaginative with names ..couldn't think of any other screename so I just kept using "JAY0807" cause I was sure that no one else would have it. But now people that I've known online for sometime know my real name and start calling me by "Jon" gets ME all confused! So I'm trying to get everyone back to calling me "JON" and as for "Joe"? :roll: :deepbreath: the thing with my family, and I know alot of other families, like to call everyone by some playful name or something that they've been called when their kids that stuck. My family for some reason decided to call me "JOJO".
