Hey guys today I was driving down the road when I seen a ole ford 2wd f100 in this guys yard. It has been sittin there for a few months now so I stoped in and talked to him about it. He crunk it up and it idled fine and all had alot of milage on it but it seemed to run fine. the body had some rust but no dents.. it was white red and primer, had a cracked winshield and the interior was in rough shape.. It had a 360 motor in it. And I was gonna buy it for a nice street truck too fix up. Based on what ive told yall, can anyone give me a price quote on what I should offer or pay for it???? How much is too much and how much is too little too offer or pay for it???? Any advice is appriciated... Thanks guys!!!!!:rockon

How much does HE want , that sounds like a nice score.
Without pictures or being there its hard to say.
That could start at $1000 if its really in good condition.
If he says $500 , by what you say jump on it.
P.S. I think when it come to early models in good condition, mileage is secondary to basic mechanical, structural, and cosmetic good health.

Like I said its in pretty rough shape, but no dents its all rust and primer, and cracked winshield, and interior is pretty roughed up.. But it seemed tp run fine.. Do YOU think $700 dollars is a good offer or should I offer $500??? Just based on what ive told you is all that I know about it myself.. Any help is deeply apriciated!!!

Dont insult him. IF he wants to sell it.
Ask him what he wants for it.
You need to check the under carriage .
Again without being there its hard to tell you.
