if you are talking about my bumper it came with the truck when i bought it. but i think it is great and when he put it on was worth the money. have spot for a winch when i get the money and have to put 2 more lights on. think it huge and la mini cat walk for me to work on the truck.

If you just put heavy duty springs on your 78 Bronco it'll give you about 6 inches of lift and you shouldn't need to change any front end parts out, but I'd replace all the bushings with new Poly ones. I have 33 inch 12.50s on mine with lots of room to spare. Turns so sharp I could run over myself.
