I just went up there Saterday, this F$k!NG j@ck@$$ stole +$50 from my girlfriend's purse when we were walking around, 13 of my good friends showed them whats up... so look out for the 2 teenagers in a blue sammari. Other than that, theres lots of mud to play in right now after the rain, not many worries of geting stuck though, most is all hard bottom, a friends 2wd chevy made it threw with bald tires. Are you guys still going out there? I am getting very close to have my fsb running and this will be my first 4wd. Are there any "bunny" trails out there. I have never been out there but checked out their website and watched all the spring creek vids on youtube. I guess there seems like enough people out there to help if you get stuck........

yea its pretty good. i went out prob 2 or 3 weekends ago. trails arent bad even with stock stuff. there is some high water tho on some trails so just be careful if you go out after a big rain. i'd be open to going again just set a date. im up in kingwood

if my junk runs i'll go. but i gotta do repairs from katempcy last weekend.

there is every level of stuff out there. from the we rock comp course to trails a 2wd could do to mud holes that rival top truck events. plus the beach.

Supertruck Shootout !!!!!! June 6th and 7th

Be there!!!! Listen to K star country for chances to win free tickets. Saturday's action will start at 10:00 am. Competitors can preregister for 50 dollars or saturday for 75 dollars. Entry to the park will be 15 dollars for spectators or buy a two day pass for 20 bucks. The park will be open for general riding as well.
This year's events will be the rock crawl, log crawl YES THE LOG CRAWL IS BACK!!!! truck pull, barrel race, mud bog and the infamous second day course. Classes are stock up to 33's, modified to 38.5, and outlaw 39.5 and above. Hard top or roll cage required as well as a fire extinguishers and helmets. There will be at least a 100% payout per class.
Catch the action and carnage or bring your rig to see if you've got what it takes to claim the supertruck title!!!!!

Lets start planning a weekend we can all make it. I will request off work so we can do it. I got mine running, get it inspected and tagged tomorrow. I just need to install the manual hubs and some new shocks would be nice. Otherwise I am stock with 31 inch a/t's. I think it will be a good test.

An individual does own most of it; the government is just pulling all of this imminent domain shit cause alot of the land is along the river and they're just taking it all. Owner says they're even taking the plot of land his house is on. F'ing bull if you ask me :banghead

Alright I think I found a place that I though was pretty fun. They call it the sand pits and it just over the montogomery county line leaving Tomball. I think it got some rain there today, but some fun sand to run around in. Some mud holes, a little pond we were driving through, and this wicked sharp right turn/stepped hill. hey guys. spring creek aint dead yet. i'm there every weekend. even work there. the county's tryin to buy the property to make some kind of nature park. the park isnt the biggest but its the closest place around for me. its kinda dry right now but still fun. and i hear rumor of a place opening up in the cleveland area. havent driven that way to check it out yet. but when i do i'll give a review

I would say just dont party and start fires out there, if you catch my drift. People seem to go out there all the time with quads and trucks, I went out there this evening after to check it out and it seemed like somebody really beat me to the punch. I was talking to my boss about it and he makes it seem like its old town legend or something lol. It was a lot of fun tonight though, I didnt stay long but there was a lot of water out there. Will be going back tomorrow as well

No, not really. I guess after the creek closes, the closest place would be gen SAMs. I might not make it this weekend anyway. Too much to work on.

I'm game sometime. I work offshore, so I work every other weekend. I got my sas done, but can't seem to get the carb tuned.

i went about a month ago in my 96, didnt do anything major. I will be down for a run late September/ early October, by then I will have the 14bolt in and rollin on 40's. I will probablly break something in the TTB but a D60 is already in parts gathering stage so F*** the TTB!!!

I went to the park today on the spur of the moment. Glad that I did !! Went on a few of the hills and scraped bad on the concrete spillway, but oh well had lotsa fun! My favorite part was the dip down to the pond where the no trespassing sign (went the other way where their wasnt one) was This was my first time BTW will try and go much more often now :thumbup
