    I've had a hard year with my back. I'm doing a bit better now. Going on a much needed vacation this weekend. Got a beach house in Destin, FL for a week.

    I see your post was a long time ago, but do you remember on your A/C replacement how many pressure switches were on your 1994 Bronco? I can find the HP switch, but can't locate a low pressure switch. The only one 's I can finds are the one on the dryer and on the compressor for the clutch. I hear and read that there is both a high pressure and a low pressure switch that protects the compressor, as well as a pressure relief valve on the compressor. I am replacing everything on my 94 when I swap out the 302 and put in a 351 and just want all the parts lined up for the job. Thanks!

    If you have the part numbers and or places to p[purchase them that would be awesome.

    Hello,

    I'm told you may have a tailgate mounted window switch for my '94.

    hey man, I just got back in the bronco game. Got a 93 to play around with. it's only got 101K miles on it, but I was thinking about rebuilding the engine just because...Merica!! I wanted to try and get at least 350 hp out of it if I could. I saw that you rebuilt or built and engine for your. Would you have any words of wisdom for me? thanks!!

    Hi, I appreciate all the work that you have done on your Bronco. I am fortunate enough to own a twin of yours, however mine isn't as tricked out. I am thinking of swapping out my headlights and like what you did (with all clear lenses). Where did you buy the aftermarket headlights? I assume the turning signal light is orange or amber in color? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks - renangle

    Hey man, Saginaw question. Does yours hum as you accelerate? Mine makes no noise while turning, but when I hit the gas and accelerate, it hums. No issues other than that. My pulleys are good, and my belt is a good tension. I replaced my first one thinking it was bad, but the new one is making the same noise. What do you think?

    Hey man, is there supposed to be a rubber washer in the cap for the Saginaw? Mine doesn't have one and I am losing fluid and I can't figure out how. It's just a little at a time. I also messed up and had it over filled, so that might have been an issue as well. It's down to the proper fill now.

    Hey man, I have really appreciated the Sag info. I have a belt question. In my Sag upgrade thread, you said you needed to get a longer belt since you did the sag and alt upgrade. You then said you had a 99.9" belt, but mine is 102". Was there something different on the engines from 94 to 95, or do you think its because I have the 5.8L and you have the 5.0L? Also, I called advance auto and they cannot locate serp belts by length, they have to go by vehicle. Is there an easier way to get a 103" belt and not have to look up different vehicle serp belt lengths?

    El KAbong "it was a spring type clip that's a part of the pins. I used a jeweler's screwdriver alongside the pins to release them. .. until I found the right place for the screwdriver, then they popped out. Move them over one at a time to keep the order."
    Jermil "It took some doing but I was finally able to get them out..There are little plastic tabs inside the connector that when pushed down release the pins.

    yo, I sent you this by PM, guess you never saw it or it didn't go through;
    The new style Manual Lever Position comes with a matching vehicle harness connector. problem is that you have to remove the pins and their wires from the old harness connector. What ever you do don't pull all the pins out at the same time because you will never figure out were they go. Easiest thing to do is remove one pin at a time and re-install it into the new connector..."

    Jayrus wrote The lock fingers should be between the center groove between the pins .I usually use a small stiff cotter pin to push the fingers towards the center to release the pins."
