1990 ford Bronco
This is my new toy. A freind had an engine fire from a broken fuel line so he gave me the truck and said here you go. Took it home and about 80% complete. Here are some pics from the day i took it home. I will post some in process pics later. Thanks

Aw, that thing's awful! You should give me the wheels and tailgate and scrap the rest!
Seriously, nice score! Just gave it to you? That's not bad off at all! Looks like a fun project, good luck and post 'em pics.

OK Some shots of the work done so far. Engine will rotate and the starter will work. Have spark but there is s fuel pressure issue. I have fuel in the fuel lines and at the regulator but it does not seem to be getting to the injectors. I took off the shrader valve and can see and smell fuel but no pressure in the the fuel rail. Any ideas? Im thinking its a clogged fuel rail.

Yes intank fuel pump. Got the fuel pressure issue resolved.....fuel filter....go figure....LOL. Starter works and turns the engine, I have spark to the plugs, and fuel in the lines but no turn over. I am thinking that somehow the injectors are not getting the signal. The entire harness was replaced also. So my new question is how to check of the signal is going to the injectors? Any ideas....? Thanks

How much of the motor is origanal pre fire. Im assuming that youve replaced the injector wire harness but did you replace the injectors aswell? What about the ECU? Was it damaged in the fire? Was it replaced? Great job BTW. It visibly looks all stock. What mods have been done?
There are ways to check the signal. Get a test light on 1 of the injector wires. It should blink as that injector fires. I know that there is a company makes a test light specifically for testing injector harnesses. But its not hard to rig one. If your getting injector signal then Id say look into timing. |

fuel issues?
How long since FRESH fuel was put into the system? Just had a similar issue on a Sable. The old fuel wouldn't even ignite. A dose of fresh hi-octane fuel got it going, but took quite a while to run out the mixture. Runs great now after a tank or so of hi-octane.
