100k for a truck you can take off the lot and straight to a desert race is a bad price IMO. You could build an even sweeter Raptor for the extra $50k but that would involve some hands on labor that not all are willing to do. This thing is kind of like the KR 'stang.

It's exactly like the kr stang. I think it's badass that ford is stepping up and doing this. You could probably take the 50k and build one, but it would most likely be pretty damn similar.

Anyways, I thinks it's badass, need 100k pls.

I got to see the 6.2l Raptor today at SEMA and i gotta say it really looks bad ass! The Baja Raptor was there also right next to it in all its glory also, kudos to Ford for stepping up.

I saw that. I think the only thing holding it back from being street legal is the beadlock's and tube bumpers, which probably are DOT approved.

I imagine with the increased travel and the use of the uni ball a arms that they are going to use the JD fab suspension like they did in their x1 test truck.
I was kind of suprised to see them come out with a race version. The original test mules is much like the race truck they are producing.

With 500 hp this thing will be off the hook. My 5.4 liter Raptor is fun I can only imagine what another 175 horses and 6 more inches of travel would be like. This truck will certainly dominate stock full size class in Score and the Best in the desert racing series. Anybody wanna go in half with me?
