My Craftsman Digitork® Torque Wrench goes up to 250ftlbs, so how far should I go?

More than 100ft-lbs. Crank it down to 100ft lbs and then turn it a bit more to get the cotter pin in. As long as everything is tight and seated properly, I see no issue.

It adjusts both caster AND camber, but it's mainly there for camber.

I recently did this on my '96 and you do not have to remove the abs sensor...
If you follow the wire up a little into the engine compartment there is a disconnect. worked for both sides.

Quick basic question here, Should I put the jack stands on the ttb arms? The frame is going to be at or above the reach of my stands, and it looks to me like Stang is using the ttb.

Never mind. I see now how he put jack stands on top of cinder blocks. Alright, frame it is.

You could use the TTB but the frame is a much better choice.

The only reason the jack and jack stand were under the TTB arm was to keep the suspension compressed so the axle was at a better height for me to work.

In the countless times of tearing my truck apart, my truck has the notched spindle nuts that require the spanner wrench on the right side; looks like a castle. My truck is a 95.

Ok, which is correct? Top to bottom are ball joints or side to side? My drivers side I grab top to bottom and there is play. Side to side is fine. So ball joints right? Not bearings?

You need to grab it at 6 and 12. If you grab it at 9 and 3 the steering will move (obviously giving you a false reading). If the there is play at 6/12 you need to find out where it's coming from. Either bearings or the balljoints. It will be visible what is moving but you might need a second pair of eyes to see it from the back.
