so you have the solenoids, but the vac lines are plugged?

do they not notice and throw codes anyhow?
just asking this again. ive got the coil mounted, just trying to figure out where to put the tab/tad solenoids. Im removing the smog pump, etc, so i have no need for those any longer. also, do you run a coffee can or did you get rid of that also

Still awaiting to see your duct work and how your going to run it and the filter. That's a creative way to hack the exp bracket. I still think the stang or lighting bracket approach would be better, but I do see some advantage with getting access to the attachment and your approach makes that part easier.

Bronco Info: 1993 FORD BRONCO 351W Blue and Black. XLT Automatic. Gray Leather Buckets and a FORD DINO Phone!

This is the first time I have entertained the idea of switching, since my 1993 is a SD system, and I did not want to upset the applecart so to speak. I just had a set of actual GT40 cylinder heads refinished from a low mileage Mercury Mountaineer with Taper Stim Valves to increase flow, and a multi angle valve job. They are pretty sweet. I know the deck is taller on the 351W, So am I correct that the std 302 Mountaineer lower will not work on my 351? There is a performance lower on Ebay for $175 a TYPHOON 54127. Wouldn't this just be an easy way to improve flow?

Talking my gt40 stuff

I mocked it up just to see... Sorry for the sh*t picture quality

"So am I correct that the std 302 Mountaineer lower will not work on my 351?"

Yep, too skinny.

"There is a performance lower on Ebay for $175 a TYPHOON 54127. Wouldn't this just be an easy way to improve flow?"

Sure, but you'd have to buy the upper as well, and then go single TB, and get the pieces to make internal EGR work.

Should pretty much be a bolt on. Only real areas of concern are throttle and tv and cruise control connections. Plenty of methods and ideals are shown above here in this thread that covers that in details.
