Iron Chest

I herd that they have removed the rock garden from the bottom of Iron chest. The reason behind this is to remove minning equipment from higher up the trail. At this point the have all the intentions of replacing the rocks, we'll see. It would really suck to have one of the more difficult trails in colorado groomed.

Yes they have! Ridgerunners is trying to adopt that trail. We would maintain it. We have discussed putting rock back on the trail in order to prevent erosion. Another good reason to join the club! Bust your ass moving rock! Two FSB's in the club now why not three? Hayman burn area is facing many closures and trails are said to be disappearing from lack of use and erosion. Many are closed now awaiting determination and disappearing.

There should definately be three.
From what they said at the meeting the state has no intentions of putting back the rocks, that's why they want to adopt it. I think they said if they put them back they still need an access rod to the top for vehicles to get to the mine.
