Beware Jeffs Bronco Graveyard

Has anyone else had to pay return shipping on wrong items?

They sent me the wrong radius arm then charged me return shipping. It's not the first time they've jacked my orders up, but small stuff isn't expensive to return.

Do yourself a favor, go to your local Ford dealer first, it'll get you back on the road sooner and cheaper!

That may be true but I bet you paid twice as much to get it back on the road. And you should always plan ahead for miss-shiped items, it happens. Just my 2 cents because I have nothing but great things to say about JBG and I dont want people to think that his happens to everyone.

I had a nonpleasurable experience, with them not shipping an in stock item after two weeks, so I cancelled the order. Prices are ok and might go back but I know things happen in a business.

Is your Bronco better than mine? Yea but I go to UF.

Buy my stuff, I need it out of my parents storage unit or my tiny apt. I got a tailgate w/glass, tons o tires on rims and boxes of parts.

They just shipped me the wrong headlight grilles. I called and they said put it back in the box and the UPS guy will pick it up from your house. He did and I did not pay anything. That was last week. The grilles I do need are on forever backorder though adn I have not received the correct ones yet.

my only complaint with them, is that when you place multiple item orders, and then every item is backorded, not only do they not tell you, but they ship each one individually, whenever it comes in. so instead of paying for one package, you pay for four (or whatever).

but if you join ECBR (which is free) you get a 10% discount, which is nice.

Bronco Info: pile of parts

I have bought alot form them over the last 3 years.

I always call on the phone with the list of part numbers and prices. confirmed they had them in stock then ordered them.

I got my superflex coils from them, they seem like the only company which has real flexy coils for a 78/79

I ordered alot of things from them also. I got the super weatherstrip kit. and I didn't receive the piece between the tailgate and bed, and the rear window runs. I called them and told them and they sent them out the same day. No questions. They have always been friendly and answered any questions I had.

Bronco Info: Sold Bronco, but still live in the off topic threads

I have ordered stuff from them too.
I have always got what i ordered with no problems.

My only complaint is their lack of customer service and lack of product knowledge.

I asked if a certain set of parts would fit my axle and they said no, turns out it works.
They said that 760x u-joints wont interchange with 297x. So some misc BS.
I told them that I was doing a SAS and was having some problems getting all my parts because it is a D44HD.
Their reply was "You should have just bought one of our kits".
I was a little pissed about that.

I spent a small fortune also last year with them, I must have gotten my orders on days they had hang overs or they were drunk, ordered the 6" superlift kit, they sent me 2 left front shocks, one needed to be right front, well they sent me a replacement, oops not the right front, now thay sent me a rear shock, now i have 2 shocks that need to be returned, ok call them again to get front right shock, no problem sorry about that, we will send you the right one(what they said), UPs stops and opps now i got another rear shock, now i have 3 shocks to return, no i am about dumb-founded on the guys capability to pull the correct parts, so i call again, and again sending the right one, oops, here we go once again, now i got a left shock, now i had about enough of this, so i call and tell them to send me the front right shock, now what am i suppose to do with these 4 you sent i can not use, they told me to ship them back,( they wanted me to pay the shipping to send back there screw up, no way was i gonna do that, i made them retrieve them at there own cost, so they had UPS get them when they sent the correct shock, so it took me 2 weeks to get the right front shock that they had in stock pile.
i was going to just repair the rust around the quarters with patch panels, so i oredered the patch panels from them, well when i got the one, cause the other had been back ordered, it was a sorry piece of usa made part, it was a flat piece of metal with a wheel lip, there was no body line that is about 2 1/2" or so from the wheel lip, so i ended up going to shermans for 2 fullquarter panels, they cost me more, but i was willing to pay extra to get correct looking body lines.

I even drove out there a few times, only to put up with one of the guys having a bad day or something, there kind of rude to customers when they are having a bad day, to me ,it's a wrong message to send to your paying customers.when you talk about the 78-79 Broncos, they are basically clueless on what it is so you have to explain very slow and use small words to describe what the part is you need, other wise, they just pull out parts from an 80 on up and send them, had that happen a few times.

well i have had my share of stupidity from them last year, but I always give them the benifit ofthe doubt, as in dont order parts on a Monday or Friday, shoot for Wednesday to catch them between being drunk or hung over.

until i can find some place that has everything i need at a good price, i'm stuck buying parts there till then.for the trouble they put me through to get the correct parts, I would think i could have gotten some sort of free or discounted price on next purchase to make me want to keep buying all my Bronco parts from them.or give me a job taking orders for 78-79 Broncos, pretty bad service specially when you pay for the parts in full, right over the phone.

other times, got what i needed in 2 days with no problems, mostly they keep screwing up my orders, I ripped into them cause of the wrong parts last year now i must be banned from ordering, still no new catalog from them, far as I can tell they dont know what parts goes on a 78-79 Bronco, still amazed they sent me parts for an 80 on up a few times, so if anyone has a 78-79 Bronco parts dealer with good pricing please send me the info, I would rather pay a little extra then go through there stupidity of sending wrong parts then tell me i have to pay for shipping to return there screw ups.

some thinngs i still need, full carpet set, complete door rubbers/sills, tailgate rubber/sill,misc interior parts. hate to order the carpet set and get sent a rug kit for an explorer

other then that above, you will have to allow for incorrect order pulls so expect a week of complaining and another week for them to get the order correct.
