Upper intake plenum
My upper intake plenum took a dump the other day and cracked while working on it, now I cant find one in a junkyard for the life of me. Does anyone know if edelbrock makes a new one?? If they do I cant find it.
My engine is a 1986 5.0L 302 EFI Thanks Kyle

You can't find one? You can get one off the newer 5.0 trucks, they are the same. May look different because yours says electronic fuel injection, but they are identical. PCV valve port may be updated too! Bonus

If it's not too bad take it to someone and have it heli-arched, it's aluminum ....no?
Back in 2008 after I swapped in the new 302 EFI long block I inadvertantly over tightened my temp guage sending unit for some reason and cracked it right where it threads in....ROYAL PITA leaking coolant everywhere....lol lol I went around to the local JY and found a lower intake for $75.00 off a 92 Ford 5.0L pick up and the only thing I had to do was have a hole drilled out for the knock sensor for $50.00 so $125.00 mistake but I got some spare parts off the intake like injectors and connectors, ECT connector which I wound up using later on down the road, they unsnap and come apart, an octagonal Tee for the ECT along with the long tube for the inline heater hose so I kind of made up for my stupidity but it works fine and no trouble since. Keep looking around in the JY's and you'll find one cheap I'm sure. Good Luck ~

Found one in a JY and the guy wants $125 for it....is that worth it or way too expensive?

Tell him to eat it. You can almost get a good used engine for that. Have you checked any online junkyards? Have you checked any nearby U-Pull-Its? Some of them have their prices online. IIRC, the ones here charge ~$30 for an intake.
