New headers and new exhaust complete but leaking cat
I did not have the scratch to change the cat too. Is this a serious issue or can it ride a little while? What damage can it cause if any. Lastly whats the cheapest fix. I could give a damnless about the cat but he exhaust shop has to cover their own a$$

If it is just a little exhaust leak from the cat that a big deal to drive around on for a little while. You do want to replace it though. Is it giving you a CEL?
I would replace with: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/mp...d/model/bronco Do you still have both cats?

The pacesetters didnt seal up to the collector on mine very good. Are you sure it's the cats? The stock downpipe was smaller than the pacesetters. Do they smog in your area? If not find another muffler shop.

Direct fit cat system would not work. I would replace with: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/mp...d/model/bronco Did you take the Bronco to a shop to have them install the exhaust?

If you do and they say replacing the cats will fix it. Have them replace both cats with this high flow Magna Flow cat. Just make sure they install the O2 Sensor at the bend of the Y-Pipe before the cat. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/mp...d/model/bronco
