Aerokroil: every garage needs it!

For those of you who have never heard of it: I was turned onto Aerokroil by a friend who works at NASA and used this stuff at work. When I first bought my Bronco, I had a sparkplug that simply could not be loosened. I applied Kroil to it and after letting it sit overnight(24hrs is best to soak hard-to-loosen parts), I could turn the plug with my fingers! I've used it ever since and found that it works great. It's more expensive than WD-40(12.95) but is worth the price. I found this site that has it and does not charge shipping: http://www.storesonline.com/site/598...duct/AeroKroil

You know that space has got to tighten stuff up a lot. The stuff works great though.

Bronco Info: None :(

never heard of it, but the Air Forces motto, at least my shops cause we do alot of pulling parts is, If it wont come off get a hammer. If it still wont come off, get a bigger hammer. or use the 1/2" air impact. Seriously we do that. but i just might have to give that a shot, but that prolube stuff that we got works good too

I was turned on to that stuff by a motorcycle magazine, and I've got to say that it is the best penetrating lube I've ever used. The spray can version is called Aerokroil, and it is also available in a 3-in-1 oil type can, but they just call it Kroil in that package. I usually use the Kroil, but it's the same thing. Great stuff.

If the hammer doesn't work, just call machine shop. That's what they're there for anyway right?
