I have never heard of it. We got a foot of snow on Imogene Pass. Pretty cool. I have not been all the way up since then but at the time it was pretty nasty. Snowing so hard you could see the snow pile up. I went a litttle past the Tomboy mine then turned around. I was by myself and didn't want to risk it. Besides you couldn't see 10 feet and it was almost impossible to tell where the road was.

it didnt stick or anything u could just see it comin down. dekan is just 10 miles out from sadelia so it not to high up there. its a good place to do if u live in littleton or castle rock and dont wanna drive up to the mountains.

Let me correct what I said about Imogene Pass. I just got back and there was well more than a foot in many places. It took me 1.5 hours to get 1 mile and I still did not make it to the top. There were a number of 4-5 foot snow drifts. I'll get some pics up soon.

Here are some pics of today. I didn't go the rest of the way up because it was getting very cold and dark. It probably would have taken me another hour or two just to go the last 1/4 mile.
