Magellan GPS

I am looking at a "SporTrak Map GPS" made by Magellan and was wondering if anyone had one that could tell me how good or how bad it works.

The price is $169.00

Thanx in advance,
Allcruisen

this isn't quite what you asked, but I've got an older Magellan GPS (GPS-300) and i'm really impressed with the quality and how long it's lasted. Really easy to use and pretty much "idiot-proof" (believe me, i've put it to that test over and over)

Just picked up the magellan meridan color, damn i love it. great visibility and functionality. the sport track is awesome but the display is a little smaller. Glad I lost my eTrack now. Plus it works great as a speedometer.

i've got a sport track pro, and i like it. i got the new map software that magellan sells, and it is ok. the streets arent exactly calibrated right, and it uses pretty old maps. but as far as getting a good idea for where you are going, it is great. one more good thing is that it is waterproof and it floats.

Yes it would be a brand new unit also if there is a differant 1 that you may want i could most likely get it for you instead..I may even be able to beat $169.00 by a buck or 2 just let me know i'll see what i can do..
