ABS Sensor Assembly Component part number

I need the part number for this as the parts guy at the Ford dealer can't find it on the computer.

Its for the drivers side.

Good luck - it's not really an ABS part. It's just the shield for the front sensor. What'd you do; strip the threads out of it? I suspect your best solution is to have a machine shop build you one.

I'll see if I can rummage up a base PN...

...

It's not shown anywhere on the '93-96 CDs, or on the '96-99 DVD. My last suggestion is to contact Dana with the build numbers off your front axle tag.

I have a broken one sitting in my console as well. Sucker cracked right down the threaded hole when I was reinstalling it, and as I recall, it didn't take much torque to do it. The driver's side sensor is kinda danglin' out there now with no protection.

There should be a part number cast into the body of it. I'll go look at mine tomorrow and report back the number.

I just found a TIIIIIIIINY reference to it in this Dana PDF. At the bottom of p.20, second item from the bottom of the list is "Sensor Housing Kit (ABS Only)". But there's no PN - just a footnote that says to contact vehicle manufacturer.

Okay, I finally remembered to pull this booger outta my console today. The part number cast/stamped into it is:
44619
LH

Obviously, this one's for the driver's side, hence the LH. The other number should help out at least a little. I'm not even going to bother going to Ford for it, I'm just going to make a Pro/E drawing and send it to my dad's machine shop for fabrication. Hopefully a stainless version won't crack as easily, and won't corrode or rust itself to the knuckle.
