Your best bet might be either a local fabricator, or email this guy - diamondbackmotorsports@gmail.com

I know of no company offering tube-style doors for the Bronco/F-150, so I made my own out of the external spare tire carrier:

The proto-type on Skittles (Mark) Bronco:

(More pics on how I built it are in the 86 Tuff Bronc gallery at superford.org link in my signature)

I've added some supports in between the top & bottom and fabbed a latch to the door striker. IT saved my face from hitting the dash on a recent wheeling trip with Mark. If I wasn't holding onto the tube door, I'd be after dropping over a 2' ledge at dark.

The idea came from JDRBronco, and there is a good post by him on the tube door build idea. JSM84
