that 4 part additive

I cant remember the product name but we've all seen it on TV. That 4 part additive that guarentees a trillion miles out of your vehicle. I was wondering if any one has tried it because my dad just got a new engine and tranny for his van and wants to keep it healthy.

I would stay away from adding any additives and just do regular oil changes and maintenance. As long as you properly care for your rig it should be fine and last a while.

Check out the December issue of "FOURWHEELER". The "limited articulation" article by the editorial VP discusses the "100,000-Mile Myth".
