Those look great. I was eyeballing the ones they had in the F350’s but they looked more like they belonged on s skiddah!

Took it on a road trip to pick up a ZF5. It was the longest I have been on the interstate with it. It was only about 86* this afternoon, but on the way there, when I was pushing it to 72-73 MPH, the temperature went to the top of the normal range. When I slowed it to 60-62 it came back down. On the way home it stayed happily in the middle of the normal range. It was just a little cooler on the way home, but not that much I was able to get a pretty accurate MPG calculation - I got 13 MPG Better than I expected

Anyway, picked this stuff up. I keep makin' more work for myself

I separated the t-case from the tranny. There's just a little bit of play in the input shaft and none I could feel on the output shaft. I drained the ATF out and there was what looked like fine metal particles in it

Then I mounted tow hooks just like the ones @biggum mounted on his Bronco above my garage door and used big ratchet straps to unload it out of the bed

Cleaned up the garage around Operation Spare Parts and got a buddy to fab up the rear crossmember. Then I managed to somehow find a full body mount kit (with other bushings) on Amazon for $43! I was about 5 minutes from ordering a bulk pack of hockey pucks...

Surviving is winning. Everything else is bullshit. Whatever it takes, kid. Survive.

Trans flush, filter, and shift kit this weekend. Also, if I'm feeling froggy, axle pivot bushings.

Took the grandkid out to a boggy area and let him four wheel from my lap for an hour. We’re getting tons of rain here.

Did someone unbolt your tank? Or do you have a rust problem? Thank God for the factory skid plate!

No rust. Fuel pump was replaced 11 months ago... shop that did the work is fixing it and +1 for skid plates - even when they aren't used for their intended purpose!

Hmmm, somebody forgot to snug up some hardware? It's good they're making good on it, though.
