Question lockers?

I have a 84 bronco that is currently locked up. but it has the ifs and it's time for it to go away, but I love having the locker up front.. Is there any way I can put the locker from my ifs into the solid axle? ( I believe the axle is from a 77) I don't have alot of money being I am currently jobless. what is the best route I can go?

It will fit in a HP D44. Just take out the carrier and the gears and swap them over. (You still have to do all the set up)

ya, its a fun process (sarcasm) but it can be done. You should document it and take pics if you decide thats the route you are going to go
