My F-150 has a factory bench seat. I have Bronco buckets and center console I want to put in, but my girl likes the bench too much. I ended up finding a split bench seat from a 80s Ranger that was wrecked. I found them in a family barn. I plan to install them sometime.

Did you look at the last 2 pics in my post above? Those van seats' bolt patterns are very different from the Bronco floor. I might redo the driver's adapters to be a single piece, like the passenger's.

I spent the cash and got PRP daily driver suspension seats. Comfortable as can be, only thing I do not like is they have a slight lean and as a fixed back its kinda tough.

That is a nice set up.
I have been thinking about grinding off the rivets that the track attaches to the base with. That will allow me to bolt in re-manufactured "Feet" to bolt to. But have not had opportunity to take it down again. At the time i was looking for a direct bolt in or just an easy mod to get the seats in fast. I only had a couple of hours to swap out the seats and had to do some welding on passenger side seat to repair it's frame.

I'm in this life for the Journey, NOT the destination!

I've thought about this soooo many times, but I just went ahead and reupholstered mine and could not be happier. The thought of having to mod this or shim that or whatever just never could live up to the comfort and more importantly the armrest of stock seats. Just my two cents.
