Or both?

I couldn't go work on my truck, I didn't have a ride to where my dodge is parked. Nor did I have any money to put the parts on it I need. Hopefully payday brings a change for that.

When I was still an apprentice, a couple of people decided to have a demolition derby in the back 40 and left the cars there when they were done. The company was in the process of shutting down and moving to Oregon. We had a few weeks left of work and were packing and cleaning up. I heard the guys cleaning up the back forty were mostly sitting around a fire and shooting the breeze, so i talked my charge hand into letting me back there. Well when I get back there, one of the guys was ramming one of the cars with a huge forklift that turns in the middle, called a Blue Chip

Well I soon got my turn and spent almost an hour ramming the forks through the cars, picking them up and dropping them on each other. When we were done, you could hardly tell what the make was. Later when we decided to do some work, the foreman came out and commented with a grin, that he thought the cars weren't so damaged. One of us smartly said that since the cars were close to the train tracks it must have been hit by the train. tee hee hee.

The whole ordeal did wonders to our moral, for that day anyways.

Or...leave GC and head down to Edmonton for the weekend or something. Going to a bar would probably help too. Or, not being in Alberta, best thing I ever did to help my shitty day. ha ha ha

Hard core excercise is a great stress reliever. Whether in a gym or just doing push ups at home or doing a run around the block.

No kidding. I've visited a few times and would visit again, but wouldn't want to live there.

I can't get to Edmonton, my dodge won't make it and my dakota's shifter spit itself out and the insurance expired.

Aint that the truth. If you can't chill while listening to a little Floyd, you need some *assistance* to help you along. That's how I made friends with my neighbor, by blaring a little Shine On in the T-Bird while I was wrenchin' away on the Bronc.

i usually lift, but in warmer months i'll ride my bike for hours, generally up and down the jersey shore, or out into no where. it lets me contemplate whats going on in my life. if neither one works i'll go to the range and shoot stuff

I usually try to get balls deep in the wife and send her through the headboard with the bruised cervix.

Or pray.

Go buy a heavy bag and speed bag. You get to beat the snot outta something and not go to jail.
After many days like the one you had, you'll realize how much you use it.

I was getting frustrated today.

Had to climb my fat ass 65 feet into the air on a rickety ass mill conveyor so I could guide the end drum for the conveyor into place while the millrights put it in place. Two hours up there in the wind, doing nothing.

Then I got back and was supposed to go out on another job, but that got postponed until tomorrow. I waited for two hours, then got told to go home.

I was just about to leave, and then I had to help the yard guy load three trucks because he has no FRIKKEN clue what he was doing. At all.

Then I finally go to pull my dodge into the shop to work on it, someone has parked a PICKUP in there to "warm up." This is a day after someone DRAGGED my dodge out of the shop because I left it in there to get a month's worth of snow off of it before I worked on it, but ended up going to work.

Once the pickup is removed, I put in some TOOL on the stereo and CRANK IT. Got the hood on, rear window in, brakes bled, carb fixed, and about five feet of new wiring run in 45 minutes
