After the under side of the hood was jammed, I painted and cleared the top … It really came out nice !!!

I sealed it, and then started with the blue

I taped off the Blue and then Painted the White and then cleared the whole hood.

Got her mounted

Almost done with Moab’s Fins N Things but here are a few more…

When I swapped the engine I cut the center out of the old, rusty core support.

New one.

Heres the fan/shroud setup.

New driveshafts.

Modified transmission crossmember.

Fresh paint

And new headlights.

Then more offroad pics from Florida.

Today, we install new Exhaust system. What a difference! Nice sound on stall speed and not to loudly at highway speed. This is whole individual build in small exhaust company....

After getting the doors, tailgate, front fenders, and hood completed I started working on the Roof, and rear quarters. There was actually a bullet hole in the roof from the inside out so at one time or another someone screwed up

First I made a pulley system to take off and store the shell:

The began sanding and sanding :

Other than the bullet hole there were just a few dings to pull with the stud gun

The worse part about the body work on the roof was the warpage I put in it myself due to my inexperience in welding the bullet hole but it turned out great.

I got her primed up sanded and ready for sealer and paint

And then of course paint and clear

Here are the last few pics of Fins N Things I have left from Moab

The center console I built.

It has an amp and cb mounted inside, among other things.
Then I went offroad in Florida again.

I like these action shots someone else took.

So I got everything painted, and everything put back together. The only thing left was the topper

The roof

Here are a few shots of the completed BKO all buffed out, without the topper and still stock suspension also

From there I wanted to take a break and work on the bumpers

The rear bumper is a long story but Iíll try to keep it short. I ordered the bumper and it took 6 or so months to get and still needed a lot of work to make it like I ordered it.

My retired neighbor was there the whole time helping out,

Getting long now more on the bumper later

Here are a few random pics, mostly how the BKO looks now. Difference being 35ís and the rear I lifted a few more inches

Here is a video after Moab, this is just after going from 33Ē tired to 35Ē tires. So the BKO was still pretty pristine except the damage I got from Moab on the driver rear quarter.

How I got through this whole trail predator without more damage I have no idea other than I had the best spotter (Hint it may or may not rhyme with itís a tree lol) . I was very green and keep in mind Iím Driving s stick so it was very stressful for me.

So here it is :

Last photos for the competition?!?

I think it would be great if you did an American adventure, And I'm sure many of us would enjoy a meet and greet.

Lastly, the pic of yours I quoted has been the background on my computer since you ran for FOTM and posted it. It's such an awesome pic.

I'm not sure if you are aware @remco but the contest is set to end in the middle of December, not the end of November. F.O.T.Y. goes on longer than the average F.O.T.M. contest. You may be busy or have other things to deal with but I just wanted to be sure you knew.
