Ran into a snag out the gate, boys. Remember that rod that's bent and stuck in cylinder 8? Well, I'm trying to separate the engine and tranny so I can do with each as I please and that isn't going to happen, very easily, if I can't rotate things to get at the converter bolts. I highly recommend not nuking your engine...

I'm gonna see if I can get a wrench in between the engine and tranny as I have about an inch gap between the two at the moment. The rear of the block and the converter look great though! Nice and shiny paint...
