RE: Going dark. An unnamed member complained, as he had a right to, about a sticker sale, and my account here was threatened to be suspended over 5 bucks. When an admin sends a message threatening to kick me out, I just decided to do it myself. Like BigBlue said, I plan to check in every once in a while, just not on a daily or more often basis. Basically going dark.

Shit. I had a big ol' reply written out but this format is character limited and... well, you know me.

Stay cool, be strong and thanks for all you've done over the years, personally and for the site. Good to know you're just backing off and not bailing out. If there's anything I can do... you know I'd be happy too.

    Take it easy bud.

Well... he's nuts. That thread is totally "safe for work" as no nudes are posted and if they were, they would or at least should be removed by forum mods as that area of the forum is "family friendly". Anything that's actually NSFW would only be allowed in the members only section that requires a donation to the site for access... as far as I know.

    Hi BikerPepe,

We actually had two windshield rubbers, the one the glass shop tried to use was from LMC

I’m not sure where the second one came from, maybe LMC as well

I ordered from Dennis Carpenter, should be here next week, I’ll keep you informed

    Cheers
    Jim

Good to know. I'd definitely appreciate the feedback once you know what up. Feel free to follow-up in that open thread, if you like. No problems sharing good info between Bronco nuts. ;)

Pepe', I frigged editing up, somehow. It disappeared.
I tried to recover it by restoring history, etc, so far to no avail.
Will try to send you your first post in the thread.

oops. Oh well. that thread was a clusterfuck but the pricing would be good to know, so I don't have to look all that up again. let me know if you can figure that out. other than that... no big deal Al. Thanks.

That is them. Fair warning... I bought a red-head box for my '73 F250 from them and it had a leak. I was unable to return it for repair but notified them. When I finally had the time to pull it and ship it back, they fixed it right and paid for shipping... and that was after regular warranty expired. It was a little extra hassle but in the end... I love having that box on my snow plow truck. Good luck to you.

Also... double check your thread. the last reply is from someone who bought and used the same borgeson shaft. you might not need to replace the box to resolve your issue... but you still might enjoy having the upgrade, fwiw.

Hey, not sure how to PM on this new site. Had a question on belt size for the Saginaw pump kit you used. Do you remember which belt you used?

I haven't even installed it yet. Sorry. I'd hit up S00TLYFE, who is selling similar setups now. I can't even navigate this new site well enough to find my own private message to say who I actually got it from now. Sorry man.

Good for you. Spent a few hours there myself this afternoon. WA is still here. The news of our recent demise has been greatly exaggerated. Now if somebody would just tell that idiot governing the place... ;)

I'm not sure what's really private anymore and what's not around here. I think the "conversation" option is supposed to be the equivalent but if you'd rather, email me at my home addy: pepe@1rondragon.com

Hey bud, saw they deleted my posts in your for sale stuff. Wasn't trying to hijack your thread, just trying to help you out in your sale, as I thought someone was looking for the brackets to use in conjunction with your stuff.
