Notice you've been awfully quite again. Hope you're just plowing and shoveling and doing ok beyond that.

Any good sources for parts for this 55? Probably going to need some patch panels in the future, definitely needs some trim pieces and interior parts.

I use Dennis Carpenter, Drakes and MAC's, pretty much a crap shoot these days though. You end up doing a Google search and see what's out there.
Good luck on the purchase and post up some pics if it goes through!

There is no rush on it. It would just be a spare for my truck.

It would probably be best to just mail it out with your address in it so I can send you a check back. I’d love to take a ride down to see what you have, but no time right now and the wife would wring my neck if I came home with more parts! LOL
    Thanks Joe, I appreciate it.

PAYPAL is okay if you're paying, if you are receiving, it sucks. First off, do you need any Ford or Bronco parts, if so, you live in MA and it may be easier to drive down to New Bedford. If not, I'll just mail them to you and you can send me a check for the shipping afterwards.

Hi Joe, I saw in this post that you have some speed density ECMs you may be interested in parting with. I would be interested in the ROB0 if you are looking to get rid of it. Let me know, Festus

Hey Joe, my youngest needs your help. Do you have any good parts sources for older Fords? He bought a 64 Thunderbird Landau. Trying to get brakes sorted right now. having trouble finding some parts. Any help greatly appreciated. BTW, kid is 28 years old. And owns a 1964 Tbird. How cool.

Your 4.11 gear setup, does that come in the D44 "center section"?

I'd love to find a D44 front 4.09, 4.10, 4.11 center section set up to just bolt in. I just cant seem to figure out which F250's had these. I wish I didn't have to hide every $ and every hr I spend on my toys, hopefully someday soon my 3 year old will help convince the wife that these are 'father son' family projects.
I'd happily pay the $100 for your set up, and if its not in a center section ready to bolt in, I could give you mine in exchange for one that has these gears in it if you could put that together? And pay you whatever is fair for the effort on top of the $100? Or I could drive up and buy it, and pay to help me set it up to be ready to bolt in? Am I making a bigger deal out of regearing these front chunks than I should? Half the people I read about say its not a job for the average weekend warrior..
I'm Brian Ashton on Facebook btw, in case you are in any Bronco groups on there too.
    thanks again Joe

Just reread your message, I think I misunderstood you. First off you mention sterling; not sure where the Sterling comes into play. However, if I understand you correctly, you want to use the Dana 50 third member with your Dana 44 axles or the Dana 50 passenger side stub with your Dana 44 axles, if so then yes you can. I thought you wanted to install he complete Dana 50 into you Dana 44 housing. sorry, my bad.

    Hey Cobrajoe,

I just installed 35's and a 6" lift on my truck, and I want to put 4.10's in the front this summer to match the 4.10 posi rear end you sold me last winter. I had trouble finding a D44 front TTB third member, but I found a D50 complete set up for $100 about 2 hours from me that I want to buy if I can use.

I read the D50 swap section, and the Gears Gears Gears; but I want to make sure I am not misunderstanding this: I just want the 4.10 gear ratio. The D50 I found has the 8 lug sterling set up, and I just bought new 5 lug rims and tires. I also replaced every bearing, u joing, seal, and did rotors and pads. All for the 5 lug set up. So I just want to know if I can just reuse all the new stuff I have, and simply replace my third member off my factory 3.55 dana 44 with this dana 50 sterling 4.10 setup....

thanks for the help, and for the sweet new posi rear end, Joe.
    -Brian
