That price include upgrading the 3 pinion aluminum planetaries to steel 6 pinion planetaries used in the PowerStrokes?

BroncMom Got the tailgate sill plate installed, took off the driver side cargo panel to hook up the amp ground i missed yesterday, then had to take it off again to install the seatbelt hardware cover : also started to install the spare tire rack but decided to wait till the carpet was in. Why put it in just to pull it again in a week.

Im thinking either the TQ converter or clutches so I might be adding (removed the transmission) to this list soon

You'll get used to it... uphill back massage at 75 mph's!

Unfortunately for me it wasn't the TQ converter - "further back in the case" is what I was told. Any thoughts on what you are going to do to back up that monster engine?

Already believe the distributor I put in last Saturday went faulty. I've tested every damn thing on this truck related to wiring in the ignition and either I have extremely bad luck with 2 new distributors going bad in less than a week or something is causing them to fail.
Its very possible. I had one I chased a random no start on for a while, ended up replacing the distributor and that fixed it for about a month, then it started eating a tfi module in probably less than an hour. After the 3rd tfi, I replaced the distributor again, has running fine ever since....

Bogie I did that with mine a few years back. Also did the trim on the door panel and speakers. Yours looks great.

NickOille On the Rubicon last month, one of my headlights got in an argument with a tree... So more zf5 parts truck freebies

2 new headlights, and I even got motivated enough to wet sand and buff my crappy fog lights

BroncMom Started putting my rig back together today Everything I've done over the last 2 months, finally coming together

Today we put in a solid non stop 7 hours of work...
1.Cleaned up the lower tailgate gasket, and installed the metal strip that goes over it.
2. Wet sanded, washed, rust treated, primed and painted the mounting strips for the cargo panels (the same satin almond color I painted the panels).
3. Repaint the b pillar panels
3.5. Helped asshole neighbor clear brush and prune tree branches between coats on b pillars. (It's the good Christian thing to do ) she was appreciative.
4. Installed rear speakers
5. Installed cargo panels
6 mounted rear ash trays
7. Installed b pillar panels
8. Installed passenger side seatbelt hardware cover.

I think that's it... :

Handy_andy_cv64 Don't beat yourself up over it. I had to sell my Eddie in mid-'14, after my heart went bad, and I had amassed all the parts and assemblies I needed for Eddie's transformation. I needed money, so I sold Eddie and all those parts and assemblies. I would like to get another, but for now, I'm working on transferring Dad's truck to my ownership, for my move to Texas in January.

PlaysWithCars I sold my Bronco yesterday after fixing the multifunction switch, headlight switch, and alternator again. It was a good truck and a bit bittersweet. New owner is a really excited guy in Oregon who's going to fix it up real nice. Thank you all for your help, I learned a lot and this is a great community. Who knows, might be back someday with another one.
