Weber @paul rondelli Yup, I agree 100% Stanford sucks this year so that's good for us, we need some of the rest of the pac to beat some teams though so they can be ranked when we beat them

If we manage to win out and do it by decimating the other teams then we should be a solid playoff bid but I don't see it happening any other way...

paul rondelli Man..... I watched a little of the UCF vs Stanford game. Stanford looked terrible!!! You guys are going to hang 40 points on them with no problem. What really sucks is you guys where 1 score away from beating Auburn and being ranked in the top 10. From looking at the rest of your schedule.... If you come away without any losses... That would have been an automatic ticket to the play offs.

Really hate it when i see a team schedule great non-conference opponents.... but it ends up costing them a chance to play for a title. That is not the message we want to send.... just play easy non-conference teams and do not hurt your chance to play for a title

However if you would have won that Auburn game...…

let's not start the "what ifs"...…. you guys still have Cal/Wash/ and Wash st to play. You win all of those and we can revisit the Auburn game.

GO DUCKS

Weber Well I'm glad Herbert got his jitters out early in our home opener, didn't embarrass them as bad as last week but still put he whooping on, hopefully we are solid going into conference play!

paul rondelli How to say this without coming across like an Ass??

The Gators will be a better team without Filipe Franks! He is not a bad guy.... just not a leader. When the times get tough you want a true leader to be running the show. Filipe is not that guy. When the game is on the line and he needs to carry his team.... he crumbles. I did see signs of progress. He ran the ball on some key downs... but when he drops back to pass.... I can't help feeling that bad things will happen. As soon as the back up entered the Game (Kyle Trask) you could sense a change of momentum. We will see what happens for the rest of season... but without Filipe I think the Gators will get 2 more wins. Kentucky was one of those wins... If Filipe would have stayed in the game we would have lost that one.

Again Not totally hating on the guy.... We went 10-3 last year. Very respectable in college football. With Filipe as quarterback I think another 10-3... or 9-4 season was ahead of us. Without Filipe... we will just have to see. I can tell you now I feel a lot better about the Georgia and LSU games... and that is sad.

I did not particularly enjoy that Clemson game. We just need to get the jitters out - Mond was too jumpy and throwing bad all game. That being said they are #1 for a reason...
I've got tix to the A&M-Bama game this year so I hope we can pull out the rest of the season and get some good wins!
You can't get a tougher schedule... Play #1, #2, #3, #4 and #6. Rootin' for my Aggies! WHOOOOOP!!

Jimbo will get those boys in line quickly - I hope you guys can give Bama a run for their money! Aggie secondary was giving Lawrence fits - I think he had as many INTs in that game as he had all year last year!

paul rondelli We arrived 65 minutes early. it was 95 degrees in the shade... But luckily the sun just set below the box seats. $ 4.00 for a 12oz bottle water in the blazing Florida heat. Not really happy to drop 20$ just to keep from getting heat stroke... But you have to pay to play.... Go GATORS

These poor bastards in the upper deck sat on it the blazing sun for hours until the sun finally cleared the lower deck.

great SEATS.... Game time

Very Hot... Sooo many half dressed females. Here are a few pictures I took without being classed as a stalker.

Right in front of us.

MS88Bronc UNC = this year’s ACC sleeper. Maryland blowout and Michigan almost lost to Army! Gotta love NCAA football!

Weber Nice win by your Gator's @paul rondelli !
Holy blow out by my ducks, that looked better despite Herbert's high throws starting off!

paul rondelli Thought you had that one Weber...… But that is what I love about college football. You just never know.

Super excited about going to the Gator tomorrow night. I really don't want to drive the Bronco all the way down to Gainesville... but I'm really tempted to tailgate the hell out of her. I baby her on the mileage and an extra 1,000 miles on the odometer would suck.... but tailgating with the Bronco is priceless.

Weber Ouch, that was a tough one to watch! Talk about missed opportunities and piss poor play calling! I think Cristoball is great but he's gotta figure out a better game strategy and clock management.... Oh and if only our receivers would catch the ball!

On the bright side, the only team in the Pac12 that have the size and physicality of Auburn is the Huskies so there's that

Well, Georgia Tech got sufficiently beat down. [emoji106] Now @Weber let’s check out this Oregon game!

MS88Bronc Herbstreit put out his “too early” picks for different things - players and teams. He picked my Clemson Tigers over Blow-hio State in the semi finals (yep!) but then losing to the Tide in the National Championship (boo! hiss!).
