$350?!? Damn dude. The glass is worth that.
If you come across another deal like that and you don't have anymore room... let me know.
I've driven further for less. ;) congrats. :beer plans?

Not really sure what to do with this one. Leave it stock? lift? SAS and tons? 2 wheel drive with a blown big block?

Lets hear some idea's

Blue1551 07-19-2019 03:44 PM

My take

This is my take. Pull the entire drive train replace with LQ9,4L60 bullet proofed and a 4 speed atlas. SAS James Duff, with 1 ton's running 5.13s, lockers with bead locks. Replace the steering box and pump from the F350 you got the 1 ton's from. Install full role cage, sliders, stout bumpers and a 12000LB. wench (not HF).

This all needs to be done by Apr 26th 2020 so you and family can come to MOAB for the Bronco invasion 2020. You have 9 months easy build you can make it. Great time and even better people.

Just my thoughts

Sounds like a good plan but, I need to get mine, my sons, and my wifes painted before I can start this one

Blue1551 07-19-2019 04:07 PM

Raptor Liner, great stuff very little prep work and holds up to brush, trees and rocks. Three weekends and both are done. :twotu:

Moving on to MOAB work!

lol, mine and my sons will be ready by then, Mines the gofast one and his is already SAS'd locked front and rear. So we got MOAB covered.

Blue1551 07-19-2019 08:34 PM

Roger that! I look forward to meeting you and your son. It sounds like this wont be anything new for your family.

Last year my bronco was not up to the task weak motor, transition slipping the only part that was up to the challenge was the T case. This year new drive train from water pump to U joint.

Here's a picture of the herd. The missing (parts only) one is in the back yard. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...4af47135bd.jpg

So... this is where all the Broncos keep ending up. How about letting a few slip by so I can have some parts vehicles in the salvage yards? :histerica

Blue1551 07-20-2019 11:49 PM

NOW THATís WHAT IíM TALKING ABOUT! You have a great looking family.

So you now have a rig to pull the trailer for all your other rigs. Pull that box off, pop a diamond plate flatbed with gooseneck ball, fifth-wheel and HD pintle on it, and invest in a trailer that can haul three Broncos.

snowman429 08-04-2019 10:26 PM

Keeping the bed, Just installed gooseneck ball today. Will be looking for a trailer as soon as my f150 sales. Only need to haul 2 of the Broncos.
